Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, shipping carrier, product availability, and customs procedures when applicable.

Estimated delivery time is usually between 7 to 20 business days, but in some cases it may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other situations outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Order tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a tracking number by email after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Pro Guitar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
