Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 20 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs procedures, product availability, holidays, and events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a tracking number by email after the order has shipped.
